Yuriy Shynbuiev

Yuriy Shynbuiev is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in leading engineering teams and developing advanced technologies. Currently serving as Software Engineering Lead at Input Output (IOHK) since March 2022, Yuriy previously held the position of VP of Engineering at Napier AI, where the focus was on AML, KYC, and Client Screening solutions. As a Technical Team Lead at INSCALE Global, Yuriy continued to emphasize AML and KYC initiatives. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Luxoft as Team Lead, contributing to Citibank's Data Distribution Infrastructure and developing an Excel plugin for integration purposes. Earlier roles at Ciklum and Saturn Data International involved working on document workflow systems and industrial automation. Yuriy is proficient in technologies such as Scala, Akka, Apache Storm, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Apache Flink, and Apache Kafka.
