Essential Functions
Act as a liaison between clients and project team when needed, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Assist operations with any on-site problems or questions related to the work agreed upon.
Ensure timely completion of all deliverables and maintain high standards of execution by maintaining consistent communication with the operations team and client.
Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma required, additional training or a degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred.
Knowledge of NEC required.
Electrical construction experience and Estimating experience required.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales or account management role, in the construction or service industry required.
Strong technical understanding relevant to our services and industry standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and 2 years Accubid experience or other estimating software required.
Communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to conduct site visits to provide estimates, navigating a variety of conditions and environments.
Candidate must live near the greater Denver area, or be willing to relocate.
Working/ Environment/ Physical Demands to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. Employees in this position must be physically able to efficiently perform the essential functions of the position. Candidates must be able to conduct site visits to provide estimates, navigating a variety of conditions and environments.
