Vassili Philippov

Vassili Philippov is a seasoned entrepreneur and educator with extensive experience in the technology and education sectors. Currently serving as Co-Founder at Glite Tech since June 2024, Philippov also holds multiple leadership roles, including Founder and Executive Chairman of Inquisitive, and Founder of the Oxford Kaggle Club, which promotes AI/ML skill development among Oxford students. As Co-Founder and Trustee of We Solve Problems, Philippov has contributed to the creation of educational materials and the organization of free Maths Circles and competitions in the UK. Philippov is a Founding Member of the Edtech Founders Club, which connects top edtech innovators. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Mobile Distribution at Yandex and COO at SPB Software. Academic credentials include a PhD in Applied Mathematics and an MSs in Mathematics and Physics from Saint Petersburg State University.
