Bailey Stover

Bailey Stover is a seasoned Customer Success Manager with a robust background in onboarding, training, and customer engagement across multiple organizations. At inriver since October 2022, Bailey has been responsible for creating success plans focused on KPIs and facilitating ongoing communication with customers. Prior experience includes serving as a Customer Success Manager at Volumental, where Bailey developed onboarding materials and conducted training sessions. Earlier roles featured significant responsibilities in customer support and account management at VOI Technology, as well as leadership positions that emphasized training and operational efficiency. Bailey holds a Master's degree in International Law and Business from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurial Management from Texas Christian University, complemented by additional studies at Queen's University Belfast and the University of San Diego.
