Marian Drumea

Marian Drumea has extensive work experience in the field of software development and architecture. Marian started their career at Cactus Commerce Inc., where they worked as a Connected Systems Architect and BizTalk Development Lead. During this time, they worked on projects for clients such as Jean Coutu and Nortel, focusing on BizTalk integration with SAP and EDI systems.

Following their time at Cactus Commerce Inc., Marian worked as a Senior .NET Software Consultant at BCMS - Bell Capital Markets Services. Here, they played a role in the development of the Integrated Trading Management System (ITMS), which utilized the FIX protocol and ISO 15022 international standards.

Marian then joined IBM as a Senior BizTalk Architect before transitioning to TransCanada as a Senior BizTalk Consultant. At TransCanada, they were involved in the design and implementation of BizTalk interfaces for financial systems applications.

After TransCanda, Marian held roles at Toronto Star and Compugen as a .NET/BizTalk Architect and Senior Developer. At Toronto Star, they worked on a BizTalk 2009 project for an interface between departments and systems, as well as the migration of BizTalk interfaces.

Marian then joined TELUS Health Solutions as a Lead Architect, focusing on the TELUS Health Space project powered by HealthVault and the Business Intelligence project based on Microsoft BI.

Marian later worked at AIM Specialty Health / Logimethods as a .NET Architect and Developer before joining CN / Logimethods as a part-time BizTalk Consultant.

Most recently, Marian has been working at InRule Technology as a Senior ROAD Services Consultant, where they are responsible for assisting users with implementation, consulting, and strategic services related to Rules Oriented Architecture and Application Design, Development, and Deployment.

Marian Drumea has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Academia de Studii Economice din Bucuresti, which was obtained from 2002 to 2007. Prior to that, Marian attended the National College - Vladimir Streinu, Gaesti from 1988 to 1992, but there is no information regarding the degree or field of study obtained during that time.

In terms of additional certifications, Marian has obtained several certifications throughout the years. The certifications were obtained between 2002 and 2019.

Additionally, Marian has obtained an "Emergency First Aid & CPR/AED Level C" certification from the Red Cross in March 2019.
