Suganya Laksharam

Suganya Laksharam is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Commercial Process and Systems and Talent Acquisition Lead at INSCALE since February 2013. Suganya possesses extensive expertise in technical recruiting for global locations, fostering client relations, advising hiring managers on market trends, and conducting comprehensive candidate evaluations. Additional responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various platforms, building talent pipelines, and maintaining relationships with universities for fresh graduate recruitment. Prior to INSCALE, Suganya worked as a Freelance Recruiter from April 2011 to January 2013 and gained hands-on technical experience as a Project Engineer at Wipro Technologies from June 2007 to April 2010. Suganya holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Bharathidasan University, completed in 2007.
