Attila Cselotei

Attila is the Chief Operating Officer of INSEAD since 2018, leading a team of about 300 people in the finance, campus services, procurement and information technology departments, across the three campuses of the school.

Attila was the CIO of INSEAD between 2010 and 2018. During this period, he successfully improved the school’s IT services, as reflected in the highest ever customer satisfaction scores. Under his leadership the school has fully embraced, and reaped significant benefits from new technologies, like cloud, mobile and social. With him at the helm, INSEAD introduced several key platforms: the MyINSEAD portal for students and alumni, the Study @INSEAD learning platform for our executive education programs, or the new insead.edu website.

Throughout his career Attila has worked at the intersection of business and technology. He attributes most of his achievements to his consistent focus on people and building high performing teams.
