Tom Jennings

Tom Jennings is a seasoned Mechanical Estimator with extensive experience in project development and cost estimation across various industries, including Life Sciences, food, chemical, and water/wastewater treatment. Currently employed at InServ Corp. since October 2018, Tom specializes in developing project proposals involving process piping, plumbing, mechanical piping, and HVAC ductwork. Previous roles include Mechanical Estimator at Crowder, where Tom estimated large-scale water and wastewater treatment plant projects, and Assistant Project Manager/Estimator at GR&S, where responsibilities encompassed site management and compliance oversight. Tom's career began as a Project Engineer at State Utility Contractors, Inc., supporting the construction of water treatment plants. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Western Carolina University and completed advanced training at the Construction Estimating Institute.
