Harry Ye

Harry Ye is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in software development and engineering leadership. Currently serving as CTO at Insgeek since October 2020, Harry is focused on transforming medical payments through innovative technology. Concurrently, as VP of Engineering at Neocrm since January 2016, Harry oversees the development of IngageApp, a leading sales CRM solution in the Asian market. Previous roles include Director of Software Development at Oracle, where Harry led advancements in Document Cloud Service and Universal Content Management, and Sr. Software Engineer at Stellent prior to its acquisition by Oracle. Harry holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Tsinghua University and a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota.
