Raghav Gupta is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in content and technology management. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at Inshorts since June 2019, Raghav leads a team overseeing content operations on the Public App, focusing on enhancing user retention through effective performance metrics and compliance management. Previously, Raghav held the role of Operations Manager at ZestIOT, where device installations for aviation processes were successfully implemented. Raghav started their career as a Trainee at TravelTriangle, significantly boosting revenue and customer satisfaction. Raghav holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Maharshi Dayanand University and has also completed internships at Maruti Suzuki India Limited.
