Anna-Maria van Leeuwen is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the industry. Currently serving as the Director of Insurance Operations at INSHUR since November 2020, Anna-Maria has leveraged mobile technology and analytics to enhance insurance offerings for professional drivers. Prior to this, Anna-Maria held the position of General Manager at Castel Underwriting Agencies Limited from September 2018 to November 2020 and founded Vis Atelier, a unique fish boutique and restaurant, from December 2015 to May 2018. Anna-Maria has also contributed as a Senior Underwriter at PartnerRe and Torus, specializing in professional indemnity insurance, and served as a Specialist Broker at Aon Professional Services, providing solutions for large law firms. Anna-Maria's career began as a Risk Consultant at ING Nederland, with educational credentials including a Master in Dutch Law from the University of Amsterdam and ongoing training in non-life insurances.
