Rasheed Bailey

Rasheed Bailey currently serves as an Associate Admissions Manager at Hult International Business School since November 2023 and has held various roles in the film and programming sectors since 2018. Notable positions include Programmer at Inside Out and the British Urban Film Festival, Videographer for both the Ethnicity Awards and the British LGBT Awards, and director of external affairs at Ghetto Film School. As a highly engaged member of the film community, Rasheed contributes as a screener and jury chair for the Iris Prize LGBT+ Film Festival and provides evaluations for grants at NewFest. Rasheed obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre, Film and Television from Brunel University London and multiple certifications from MetFilm School in filmmaking and producing.
