Carmen van Beem has been working in the customer service industry since 2018. Carmen began their career at MediaMarkt Nederland as a Medewerker klantenservice and Customer Experience Manager. In 2020, they joined NOVI Hogeschool as an Onboardings-adviseur and Servicedeskmedewerker. In 2021, they moved to Tekst 2000 BV / B1 as a Contentmanager. Currently, they are employed at Insify as a Customer Care Specialist.

Carmen van Beem attended Inholland University of Applied Sciences from 2019 to 2020, studying Creative Business.
