Gary Richards

Gary Richards is an experienced executive specializing in client experience and operations. As Senior Vice President of Client Experience and Operations at Insight since June 2021, Gary has previously held significant leadership roles, including Vice President of Global Sales Operations and Vice President of Americas Business Operations at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where Gary transformed sales operations and enhanced customer purchase experiences. Prior to HPE, Gary served as Executive Director of Business Operations at Dell, directing a global team focused on delivering outstanding service to large commercial customers. Earlier in Gary's career, procurement leadership was demonstrated at Dell and Amperor, achieving significant improvements in inventory management and supply chain optimization. Gary holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas State University.
