Shayna Bower-Faulkner

Shayna Bower-Faulkner is a seasoned professional in sales enablement with extensive experience at Insight since June 2016, currently serving as Senior Leader of Sales Enablement. Shayna has a strong track record in developing and executing programs that enhance teammate growth and align with strategic efforts. Previous roles at Insight include Manager of Sales Enablement Programs, Sales Coach, and Learning Specialist, each focused on fostering connections and supporting North American business initiatives. Prior to Insight, Shayna worked as an Inside Sales Representative at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and held positions as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Central Arkansas and as an intern with Heifer International. Shayna holds an M.B.A. and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Central Arkansas.
