Ben Field Fca

Ben Field FCA has extensive work experience in the finance and consulting industry. Ben is currently serving as the Head of Finance Change at Insight Investment since February 2023, where they are responsible for leading financial change initiatives. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Finance Change Specialist at Insight Investment from September 2021 to February 2023.

Before joining Insight Investment, Ben worked at UBS as a Director, Finance Change from September 2016 to September 2021. Ben played a crucial role in implementing financial changes and driving strategic initiatives.

Ben's career began at Deloitte Consulting in September 2005, where they initially served as an Audit Manager until June 2012. Ben then transitioned to the position of Senior Consultant from June 2012 to August 2014 and later became a Consulting Manager from September 2014 to September 2016. During their time at Deloitte Consulting, they gained extensive experience in financial consulting, managing audits, and providing advisory services.

Ben Field FCA completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Management Science from the University of Southampton from 2001 to 2004. Ben then pursued further education and became an FCA (Fellow Chartered Accountant) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, attending from 2005 to 2008. In 2019 and 2020, Ben pursued project management education and completed APM Level 4 - Project Management from the Association of Project Management. Additionally, they obtained the certification of Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in 2022.
