Mike Hayes

Mike Hayes is a seasoned executive with extensive leadership experience across various high-profile technology companies. Currently serving as Managing Director at Insight Partners, Mike also holds a position on the Board of Directors at Immuta. Previously, Mike was the Chief Operating Officer at VMware and served as Senior Vice President and Head of Strategic Operations at Cognizant. Additionally, Mike provides expertise as a Senior Advisor at Inherent Group. Mike's academic credentials include a BA in Mathematics from the College of the Holy Cross and further education at the Harvard Kennedy School from 2003 to 2005.
