Jonathan Faldasz

Jonathan Faldasz has a long and varied work experience. Jonathan began their career in 2003 as a Pharmacy Technician/ Intern with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA Boston Healthcare System) and the VA Medical Center. In 2010, they became a Pediatric Staff Pharmacist and Pharmacist Resident (Pediatric) at Rady Children's Hospital. In 2011, they were a Resident Pharmacist, Infectious Disease at UC San Diego Health System. From 2012 to 2015, Jonathan was a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist, Infectious Disease at Highland Hospital, Alameda Health System. In 2015, they became an Infectious Disease Specialist (Pharmacist Spec) at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital Oakland, where they developed a robust Antimicrobial Stewardship program. Since 2019, Jonathan has been the Senior Director of Product & Customer Experience at InsightRX, transitioning from a focus on exponential growth to a focus on responsible growth.

Jonathan Faldasz completed their High School Diploma at The Roxbury Latin School in 1997. Jonathan then went on to earn a BS in Ecology & Evolutionary Biology from Yale University in 2001. After that, they received their PharmD from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2010.
