Yolanda MacIas

Yolanda Macias currently serves as the Director of Diversity and Inclusion at AbelsonTaylor since September 2021 and as a DEI Advisor for Insights in Color since October 2020, contributing to the redefinition of the research industry and promoting opportunities for researchers of color. Previously, Yolanda held positions as Digital Platforms Manager at Egg Strategy, Project Manager/Research Specialist at Over The Shoulder, Learning Behavior Specialist at Chicago Public Schools, and HR Co-CEO at Complete Concepts Consulting. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Human Resources Generalist at OnePoint Patient Care and Applus Technologies, and as a Human Resources Intern at Electronic Knowledge Interchange. Yolanda holds a Certificate of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida, a Master of Education in General & Special Education Teaching from DePaul University, a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from DePaul University.
