Sierra Randall

Sierra Randall currently serves as Partner of Development Strategy at Insights4Equity LLC, specializing in data-informed, people-centered strategic guidance for mission-driven organizations. Previously, Sierra held the role of Director of Development for the Jeremiah Program in Austin, and spent over seven years at Foundation Communities in various positions related to grants and data administration. Additional experience includes a volunteer position as Grants Manager for Issue TV and Ironthorn Productions, academic tutoring for Chegg, and roles in youth care and education at organizations such as Austin Children's Shelter, River City Youth Foundation, Abacus School of Austin, and Primrose School at Vista Ridge. Sierra holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Social Action/Social Change and Sociology from Bard College.
