Andy Hall is a Crisis Management Consultant at Insignia, leading teams in the development and delivery of crisis management services while focusing on business development and people management since February 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust in Emergency Planning Resilience and Response, where training and support were provided across the hospital trust, and at the UK Health Security Agency, delivering incident management training and developing public health emergency response plans. Previous positions involved project management with Iqarus in Ukraine, as well as various health advisor roles with organizations like UK-Med, GOAL Global, and Partners In Health, addressing urgent healthcare needs in conflict zones and underserved regions. Andy Hall pursued a Diploma in Health Emergencies Planning Resilience and Response from the Royal Society for Public Health and holds a diploma in Adult Nursing from the Florence Nightingale School of Nursing and Midwifery.
