Becky Wallace

Becky Wallace has a diverse work experience in human resources roles. Becky has worked at various companies in different capacities. From 2004 to 2006, they were a Recruitment Specialist at Super Retail Group. Then, from 2006 to 2010, they served as a Senior People and Culture Consultant at Australian Agricultural Company. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Regional HR/IR Advisor at Spotless, where they provided HR and IR advice to a highly unionized workforce. From 2011 to 2015, they held the position of HR Business Partner at Endeavour College of Natural Health, where they focused on moving HR towards a transformational and value-adding role. Becky then joined Open Minds in 2016 as an HR Manager, where they led a team in delivering coaching and advice to 400 staff members. In the same year, they also started working at Insignia Financial as an HR Business Partner for the Wealth Management division. In 2021, they were promoted to Senior Human Resources Business Partner and later became the Head of P&C Business Partnering - Distribution and Legal, where they collaborated on projects to enhance the employee experience and develop talent frameworks for future workforce planning and leadership capability uplift.

Becky Wallace's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Griffith University, which they completed in 2005. In 2014, they attended FIAFitnation to obtain a Certificate IV in Fitness. In 2013, they studied at Inspire Education and earned a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. In the same year, they also obtained a Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety from Inspire Education. Additionally, they completed a Lead Auditing OHS course at SAI Global in 2012. In 2019, they became a Certified Wellness Practitioner after attending Wellness Designs. Most recently, in 2021, they attended Langley Group and became a Certified Strengths Profile Practitioner.
