Ben Lansdown

Ben Lansdown has a diverse work experience in the field of data analysis and customer service. Ben started their career as a Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewer at Gravitas Research from January 2012 to July 2015, where they conducted customer satisfaction surveys over the telephone.

In 2015, they joined AA Insurance NZ and held various roles, including Sales and Service Representative, Distribution Solutions Technical Representative, Operations Support - Accounts Team Leader, Data Analyst, and Senior Data Analyst. In these roles, they provided technical support, conducted data analysis and visualization, managed teams, and focused on continuous improvement projects. Ben also learned SQL, Python, Tableau, and SAS during their tenure.

Currently, Ben Lansdown is working at Insignia Financial as a Senior Data Analyst and has recently been promoted to the role of Lead Data Analyst from July 2023 onwards.

Ben Lansdown attended The University of Auckland from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Information Systems. In 2013, Ben also completed a Certificate in Network Device Administration and Support at AMES IT Academy, focusing on Information Technology.
