Vladimir Naumov

Vladimir Naumov is a seasoned bioinformatics data scientist with extensive experience in genomic analytics and multi-omics data interpretation. Currently employed at Insilico Medicine since April 2020, Vladimir has previously worked as a genome data scientist at Zenome, contributing to a blockchain-based genomic ecosystem. Additional roles include bioinformatics at the Research Center for Obstetrics, Gynecology and Perinatology, where projects focused on metabolomics and transcriptomics, and involvement in mass spectrometry analysis of newborn breath. Prior experience includes positions at GERO and iBinom, where cross-species data analysis and cloud-based NGS data tools were developed, respectively. Vladimir's foundational skills were honed at the Research Institute of Physical-Chemical Medicine, focusing on human genetics and bioinformatics techniques.
