Roberta Bursi, PhD, PMP

Roberta Bursi, PhD, PMP has worked in the field of clinical research for over two decades. Her most recent experience includes founding and acting as Executive Vice President Research and Development, Vice President Acting Head Medical Devices, and Vice President Model-Informed Drug Discovery Development at InSilicoTrials since 2017, and founding and acting as Managing Principal at PharmaD3 Consulting since 2017. From 2011 to 2017, they were the Head Pharmacometrics, Clinical Development at Grünenthal Group, where they were responsible for building and managing the Department, coaching and mentoring team's colleagues, and integrating Pharmacomentrics in Clinical Studies and Project Teams. From 2009 to 2011, they were the Senior Project PK & Modeling Lead, Early Clinical Development at Merck. From 2007 to 2009, they were the Study Leader and Senior Project PK & Modeling Lead, Early Clinical Development at Schering-Plough Research Institute. From 2000 to 2007, they were the Project PK & Modeling Lead, Early Clinical Development and Project manager ADME/Tox Informatics, Research at Organon.

Roberta Bursi, PhD, PMP obtained their PhD in Chemistry from the University of Southern California. Roberta is also Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute, USA, and has completed a course at ESMT Berlin Marga Business Simulations.
