Neil Bennett has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Neil started their career as a Housing/Community Services Manager at the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham in 2002 and worked there until 2009. From 2009 to 2012, Neil was the Head of Customer Service & Engagement at Osborne. Neil then moved to Thames Water where they served as a Customer Operations Manager from 2012 to 2015. Neil then joined Motability Operations in 2015 as the Head of Customer Solutions Department, a role they held for a year. Currently, Neil is the Director of Client Services at Insite Energy, a position they have held since February 2017.
