Vivian Shih

Vivian Shih currently serves as the Director of Biostatistics in Medical Affairs at Insmed Incorporated since September 2023. Prior to this role, Vivian held various positions at AstraZeneca from October 2014 to September 2023, including Director and Associate Director of Patient Centered Science, as well as Principal and Senior Biostatistician in the respiratory domain. Vivian's experience also includes serving as Principal Biometrician at Novartis and as a Biostatistics Graduate Student Researcher at the UCLA Semel Institute. Earlier professional experience includes working as an Assistant for the NJ Rapid HIV Testing Program. Vivian holds a Doctor of Public Health in Biostatistics from UCLA and has pursued a MicroMasters in Finance at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, alongside a Master of Science in Biostatistics and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics/Economics, both from UCLA.
