Sal Borrelli

Sal Borrelli has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.

Sal started their career as an Analyst Programmer at Italtel from September 1998 to December 1999.

Sal then worked as a Senior Programmer and later as a Project Leader at PrideNet S.r.l. from June 1997 to January 2001.

In 2001, they joined Interactive Market Research as a Partner & IT Director, where they were responsible for the company's technology infrastructures and designed innovative software tools for the Market Research Industry.

From 2011 to 2012, they worked as an ITC Consultant at AOL.

In 2013, they joined Insomniac Design as a Lead Software Architect, responsible for high-level design choices for web-based applications. Sal followed the full life cycle of application development until June 2017, when they became the Director of Architecture and Data Modeling.

In 2018, they became the Director of Dream Lab & Partner at CyBourn, a Managed Security Service Provider. Sal was responsible for managing the CyBourn Etherlast Platform and ensuring organizations have a centralized dashboard for their infrastructure technologies.

Sal Borrelli obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from Università degli Studi di Milano from 1997 to 2003. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, from 1989 to 1995.

In addition to their formal education, Sal Borrelli holds a certification in Artificial Intelligence: Business Strategies and Applications. This certification was obtained from the University of California, Berkeley in December 2022.
