Gaurav Desale

Gaurav Desale is a mechanical engineer with extensive experience in propulsion and structural design, currently serving as a Propulsion & Structural Design Engineer at Inspecity since July 2022. Prior experience includes a Technical Associate role at IIT Bombay, focused on integrated circuits from April 2019 to July 2022, and a Junior Engineer position at Electronica Mechatronic Systems India Pvt. Ltd., where responsibilities included production planning and problem-solving on the shop floor. Gaurav also worked as a Machine Shop Engineer at Mahindra and Mahindra’s tool and die plant, specializing in tool and die machining from December 2015 to October 2018, and began the career as an Engineering Trainee at ROTHE ERDE INDIA PVT LTD, focusing on bearing machining. Gaurav holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Gangamai College of Engineering, Nagaon, and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from SSVPS'S BAPUSAHEB SHIVAJIRAO DEORE COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING, Dhule.
