Huong Tran

Huong Tran has a diverse work experience in the field of product management and business analysis. Huong started their career in 2009 as a Microsoft Student Partner, where they demonstrated and presented Microsoft technologies at various events. Huong then worked as a Developer Evangelist at Microsoft, driving excitement among developers for Microsoft technologies.

In 2010, Huong joined HPT Vietnam Corporation as a Business Analyst, gathering and analyzing requirements for new HRM software. Huong also supported the software development process through use case development and user interface design.

In 2012, Huong joined Devinition as a Business Analyst, responsible for business analysis, requirement gathering, and mockup design. Huong also played the role of a Scrum Master for internal projects and provided helpdesk support when needed.

From 2016 to 2019, Huong worked at PYCOGroup as a Senior Business Analyst and Product Owner. Their responsibilities included business analysis, requirement gathering, mockup design, and creating and prioritizing product backlogs. Huong also tracked and communicated activity status to customers and management.

Since 2019, Huong has been working at Inspectorio, starting as a Product Owner and then progressing to the role of Product Manager. Their responsibilities include executing the product strategy, conducting business and product analysis, delivering product value, and managing priorities and scrum teams.

Huong Tran completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Information Systems at the University of Information Technology, where they studied from 2007 to 2012. Huong then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Management Consulting International from the Hochschule für Wirtschaft FHNW / School of Business FHNW, studying from 2014 to 2016.

In addition to their degrees, Huong Tran has also obtained several certifications. Huong completed the User Experience Design Fundamentals course from Udemy Academy in May 2018 and the Digital Product Management: Modern Fundamentals course from the University of Virginia in March 2018. In March 2017, they obtained the Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) certification from Scrum.org. Huong Tran also holds the IBM Certified Business Process Analyst - WebSphere Business Modeler Advanced Edition V7.0 certification, acquired in October 2013, and the IBM Certified BPM Analyst - Blueworks Live; Business Process Manager Express or Standard Edition V7.5.1/V8.0 certification, obtained in June 2013.
