My Nguyen Kieu has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Starting in 2020, My worked at Inspectorio where they held multiple roles. As a People Program Manager, they served as a key People Partner for the Global Engineering Department, overseeing global People Programs such as Performance Management, Onboarding, and Employee Experience. As the People Experience Lead, My strategically enhanced the company's culture and improved the employees' experience in a hybrid-remote and hyper-growth context. My also played a vital role in improving collaboration within the company. Previously, as a Senior Specialist in the People Team, they designed and executed various successful Employee engagement and Culture events, as well as ideated and delivered initiatives to strengthen the company's social media presence and improve the candidate experience in recruitment. Before joining Inspectorio, My worked at the United Nations International School of Hanoi (UNIS Hanoi) from 2014 to 2020. During their time there, they served as a Procurement Officer, Assistant, and Intern, gaining valuable experience in procurement processes and operations.
My Nguyen Kieu completed a Master's degree in International Business from RMIT University from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business (Accountancy) from RMIT University, which they pursued from 2011 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including Holistic Procurement from CEL Consulting in November 2019, Preparing for Successful Communication from LinkedIn in April 2019, Strategic Negotiation from LinkedIn in March 2019, and Import-Export Technique and International Payment from Hanoi National Economics University in October 2015.
