Silvija Delekovcan

Silvija Delekovcan has a strong background in human resources and organizational development. Silvija began their career in 2012 at Sport Ireland as an HR & Organizational Capability Officer and later transitioned to a role as an Organizational Development & Learning Executive. In 2013, Silvija joined Primark as a People & Culture Advisor, where they focused on talent management and central functions. Silvija then moved to Oracle in 2016 as a Talent Management & Learning Consultant, working primarily with the EMEA Sales Development team. In 2018, Silvija joined HubSpot as an HR Business Partner for the EMEA Sales, Sales Development, Customer Success, and Support departments. Silvija later served as an HR Business Partner at the Central Bank of Ireland and DocuSign, where they managed HR responsibilities for various departments and regions. Most recently, Silvija joined Inspectorio in 2023 as a Senior Manager in People Partnership. Throughout their career, Silvija has demonstrated expertise in HR strategy, employee development, and business partnership.

Silvija Delekovcan has a diverse education history. In 2009, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting & Finance from American College Dublin. Silvija continued their education at the National College of Ireland, where they earned a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management in 2013. In 2014, they pursued further qualifications in Learning and Talent Development by completing the CIPD Advanced Award from CIPD Qualifications.

In 2019, Silvija focused on human resources management by completing the HR Business Partner Development program at CIPD Qualifications. Additionally, they participated in the IMI 30% Cross-Company Mentoring Programme at the Irish Management Institute, enhancing their knowledge in organizational leadership.

In 2020, Silvija obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Workplace Wellness from Trinity College Dublin, broadening their expertise in creating and maintaining a healthy work environment. Currently, they are pursuing a degree called "Influencer by DNA" at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, with an expected completion date in 2022.
