Michelle Avard

Michelle Avard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human capital development and operations management. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Capital Development and General Manager of MidMarket Solutions at Insperity since September 2003, Michelle specializes in providing strategic human resources solutions for mid-sized businesses. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of Director of Operations and General Manager at Ruth's Chris Steak House, overseeing franchise operations in San Antonio from October 1995 to September 2003. Earlier career positions include Sales Manager at Sheraton Gunter Hotel and Field Manager at IBM, where responsibilities included organizing corporate event programs and leading service teams, respectively. Michelle holds a BBA in Marketing and Finance from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
