Shazia Subotic has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Manager of Corporate Talent Acquisition Sourcing Services at Insperity since March 2014. In this role, Shazia has progressed through various positions, including Executive Recruiter, Senior Recruiting & Outplacement Specialist, and Recruiting Specialist, focusing on full life cycle technical recruiting for a diverse range of positions. Prior experience includes serving as a Technical Recruiter at Agency Recruiting and an HR Assistant/Temp Pool Recruiter for the City of Brampton, along with roles in administrative coordination.
