Ben Adeline

Ben Adeline has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ben started their career at Airbus, where they served as a Manufacturing Engineer from January 2006 to October 2010. During this time, they also held the position of Research and Technology Project Manager, responsible for managing a team of 15 research engineers and overseeing a budget of €3 million per annum.

In 2010, Ben Adeline joined LIMA Group as the Commercial Director - Metrology Research and Services. Ben played a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance metrology research and services within the company. Ben held this position until January 2014.

Later in 2014, Ben Adeline became the CEO of INSPHERE Ltd, a company that provides specialist technical services in the field of high-value manufacturing solutions.
