Marta Tejedor de Vega began their work experience in 2006 as a Trainee in the HSE Exploration and Production Department at Repsol. During this time, they provided technical support, managed knowledge and data reporting, and developed technical guidelines for Biodiversity Action Plans. Marta also monitored protected areas potentially affected by seismic and extractive activities. In 2008, they worked as an Environmental Consultant at Tragsatec until 2012. Since 2015, they have been with Inspiralia USA, starting as a Senior Innovation Consultant and then being promoted to the role of Head of Defense Projects. In their current position, they lead a team of innovation consultants and assists small businesses in commercializing innovative products in defense markets, while also helping private-sector innovators access non-dilutive funding through SBIR-DOD projects.
Marta Tejedor de Vega completed their Licentiate degree in Environmental Science at Universidad CEU San Pablo from 2000 to 2004. Marta then pursued a Master's degree in Environmental Management and Engineering at Escuela de Organización Industrial, which they completed from 2004 to 2005.
