Damian Hanft

Damian Hanft is an accomplished leader in talent experience and organizational development, currently serving as the Vice President of Talent Experience at Inspire Brands since 2022. With extensive experience in cultivating inclusive workplace cultures, Hanft previously held the role of Vice President, Brand Ambassador, where a focus was placed on enhancing team engagement and labor relations. In addition to roles at Buffalo Wild Wings and Arby's Restaurant Group, significant contributions were made as President of CHART and involvement with the Association for Talent Development - Greater Twin Cities. An academic background includes teaching at the University of Wisconsin-Stout, complemented by Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Hospitality and Tourism Management.
