Kristen Mitikas

Kristen Mitikas serves as the Director of HR Operations at Inspire Brands since March 2022, following a lengthy tenure at Petco where Kristen held various leadership roles, including Director of HR Operations and Manager of Human Capital Process Optimization. Demonstrating extensive experience in HR operations, team leadership, and strategic collaboration, Kristen managed a team supporting 28,000 employees, directed shared services and payroll, and implemented project governance for HR initiatives. Kristen’s background includes developing templates for HR projects, enhancing employee retention through data analysis, managing significant budgets for HR technology implementations, and executing nationwide training roadshows. Kristen holds an MBA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership from Point Loma Nazarene University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management from the University of San Diego.
