Rachael Cochran

Rachael Cochran is an experienced payroll manager with a robust background in payroll management and support. Currently serving as Payroll Manager at Inspire since December 2024, Rachael previously held similar roles at SEPHORA from October 2021 to December 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing payroll operations. Prior to that, Rachael gained extensive experience at ADP from December 2015 to September 2021, advancing from Account Manager to Senior Account Manager and ultimately to Product Support Specialist. Rachael Cochran holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition Sciences from the University of Georgia, earned between 2010 and 2015.
