Mike Dye, PMP, currently serves as a Planning, Programming, and Budgeting Analyst at InSPIRE Corporation, where expertise in financial data analysis supports resource allocation decisions within the National System for Geospatial Intelligence. Prior experience includes similar roles at Riverside Research and senior engineering and logistics positions within the United States Air Force, where substantial contributions were made to logistics strategy, resource allocation plans, and operational readiness initiatives.
