Britt Mills

Britt Mills has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and development. Britt started their career as an IT Specialist at Lucas Medical LLC, where they modernized the company's operations and trained staff on computer usage. Britt then worked as a Business Solutions Developer at WD Partners, providing customized solutions for various business needs.

After that, they joined Vertex Systems, Inc as a Systems Developer and TFS Lead, where they designed and developed UI and backend features, implemented system architecture changes, and conducted presentations on new technologies. Following this, they worked as a Software Developer at The CareWorks Family of Companies, where they mentored junior developers and worked on a national product line.

Mills then joined Mindstream Interactive as a Senior Developer, specializing in Angular.js and native mobile development. Britt later moved on to Clarity Consulting as a Consultant, and then to Perficient as a Lead Technical Consultant and Solutions Architect.

In 2014, Mills became the Managing Partner of Bead Technology, where they created and implemented the concept of bringing enterprise-level software engineering to small to mid-sized companies. Britt oversaw architectural designs, project milestones, and software deliveries while developing IT and sales relations for better client services.

Most recently, Mills is working at Inspire11 as a Solutions Architect, and as of January 2021, they have taken on the role of Principal. In this role, they continue to apply their expertise in software engineering and architecture to provide innovative solutions for clients.

Britt Mills attended Kansas State University from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems, General and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Supply Chain and Project Management. In 2019, Britt also obtained additional certifications from Microsoft, including the Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate and Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert.
