Catherine Lowe

Catherine Lowe has extensive work experience in human resources and people operations. Catherine is currently the Head of People Operations & HR Business Partner at Inspired Gaming Group since January 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at GE Power from December 2012 to December 2016. Catherine also worked at Alstom Group as an AES Adviser from February 2012 to December 2012. Catherine held various roles at Alstom Power, including Compensation and Benefits Adviser from April 2010 to February 2012, Learning and Development Adviser from December 2006 to April 2010, Human Resources Adviser from September 2005 to December 2006, and HR Administrator from July 2004 to September 2005. Before that, they worked as a Senior HR Administrator at Rank Group from December 2002 to July 2004, and as an Assistant Controller HR at Safeway from October 1999 to April 2002.

Catherine Lowe pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting in 1996 with Staffordshire University. Catherine completed their Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Business Enterprise from 1996 to 1999, focusing on Business Administration and Management in general. After a brief break, in 2003, they attended Stephenson College for a specific course called CIPD People Management and Development.

Additionally, Catherine obtained several certifications throughout their career. Catherine became a certified Thomas International Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) Practitioner in September 2022 from Thomas International. In October 2010, they received a Practical Training Certificate from SP Training & Consulting. Catherine also completed the SHL Personality and Ability Assessment Course in September 2009, which was conducted by SHL.
