Inspired HR is partnering with a local growing manufacturing and building company on hiring a Financial Controller for their expanding business. Reporting to the CFO, the Financial Controller plays a key role on the management team, with the accountability of managing the full cycle accounting process and team. This includes tasks such as producing periodic financial statements and reports, project accounting, system (ERP) maintenance and administration, banking, and cash flow management.
The Financial Controller provides valuable financial and accounting insights at an operational level, offering expertise to management for decision-making purposes. Additionally, the Financial Controller also handles the tactical aspects of the role, providing day-to-day financial services to support the organization effectively.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Financial Controller is responsible for a wide range of financial duties, playing a key role in providing insights into company performance. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and execution of the following deliverables:
Financial Reporting:
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Accounting Operations:
Payroll, Cash Flow, and Banking:
Office Administration:
The Financial Controller's role is integral to providing comprehensive financial insights and ensuring the smooth operation of financial functions within the organization.

Pay: $100,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
