Rachel Wall

Rachel Wall has a diverse work experience in the dental industry. Rachel started their career as a Dental Hygienist in 1991, working with progressive-minded dentists and dental teams for 18 years. During this time, they also worked as a Periodontal Dental Hygienist at the University of North Carolina, gaining valuable experience and learning from influential dental and periodontal researchers and clinicians. In 2000, they entered the coaching field, providing team training for a practice management consultant before joining a company called Hygiene Mastery recommended by their colleague. In 2004, Rachel founded their own hygiene coaching and speaking business called Inspired Hygiene, where they serve as the Founder & President. In addition to coaching and speaking, Inspired Hygiene offers various services and programs to support the dental community, such as customized hygiene productivity coaching, webinars, and a membership program called Hygiene Mastermind. Rachel continues to be active clinically as a Dental Hygienist, working with a particular dentist for the past 4 and a half years.

Rachel Wall earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, completing their studies between 1994 and 1999.
