Krishna Chaitanya has a strong work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Krishna Chaitanya currently serves as the Vice President at Inspiredge IT Solutions since February 2023 and previously held the same position at Seismic LLC from October 2022.

Before that, Krishna worked at Servion Global Solutions as an Associate Project Manager from February 2022 to October 2022. In this role, they were responsible for end-to-end project management using Agile methodology/SAFe for a Healthcare product. Krishna Chaitanya demonstrated strong experience in delivering projects using different methodologies, performed as a scrum master, and effectively led sprint ceremonies. Krishna Chaitanya also had experience in using Jira, generating reports, and had good understanding of e-commerce and technical aspects. Krishna displayed strong strategic and analytical skills, adapted well to complex projects, and contributed to change control and solution documentation.

Prior to their role at Servion Global Solutions, Krishna worked as an Associate Vice President at Inspiredge IT Solutions from October 2020 to February 2022. In this position, they headed the Managed & Professional Services and led the Operational Excellence & PMO Teams. Krishna Chaitanya handled outsourcing, vendor management, and gained extensive experience in managing Contact Center Datacenter, Cloud technology projects in transformation/upgrade/migrations/consulting/outsourcing. Krishna was proficient in traditional Infra/Data center support, Cloud and Virtualization support, and SaaS support. Krishna Chaitanya successfully implemented Microsoft Power BI at the organization level and delivered comprehensive professional training to internal employees on Project Management, ITIL, Creativity, and Innovation.

Additionally, Krishna held various roles throughout their career, including Senior Transition Manager, Service Delivery Project Manager, and Assistant Operations Manager at Inspiredge IT Solutions, and Associate Vice President at Seismic, LLC. Krishna Chaitanya also worked as a Guest Professor of Management at IIAM - Integral Institute of Advanced Management, Communication & Personality Development Trainer at Communicate ISM, Service Delivery Lead at Sreepad, Team Leader at Tech Mahindra, and Senior Technical Support Engineer at Sutherland.

Krishna Chaitanya ™️ completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from Dr. B.R Ambedkar open university from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Vikas Educational Institutions from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained an Intermediate degree in MPC (Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry). In 2000 and 2001, Krishna Chaitanya ™️ studied at Gayatri Model High School and achieved a Secondary School Certificate (SSC) focusing on Mathematics.

Additionally, Krishna Chaitanya ™️ has earned several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In August 2021, they obtained "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" certificate from Google Digital Garage. In May 2020, they completed the "Product Management: Building a Product Roadmap" course from LinkedIn. In May 2019, Krishna Chaitanya ™️ obtained the "PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate in Project Management" from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Krishna Chaitanya became a PMP® Trained professional, having achieved 65 PDU's, after completing the PMP Certification Training in August 2018. In May 2019, they acquired the "PRINCE2® Practitioner Certificate in Project Management" from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Lastly, in February 2012, Krishna Chaitanya ™️ earned a Six Sigma - Greenbelt certification from ASQ - World Headquarters.
