Marta Gironza

Marta Gironza is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in benefits management and financial coordination. Currently serving as Benefits & WB Manager at Inspiring Benefits, an Aon company, since May 2022, Marta also holds the same title at Aon. Prior to this, Marta managed various investment areas at a Family Office from September 2014 to May 2022, overseeing urban planning, industrial, and agrarian projects, in addition to supplier and budget management. Previous roles include Financial Coordinator and Sales and Marketing Manager at DEHESAS REUNIDAS SL, as well as senior consulting positions at Cushman & Wakefield, Knight Frank, and CBRE, focusing on retail investments and project management. Marta began their career with work experience at Bufete O'Connor Abogados SL and Morgan Stanley after earning a degree in Business Management and Administration from CUNEF Universidad in 2005.
