Joxena Romain

Joxena Romain currently serves as a Human Resources Administrator at Inspiring Learning, responsible for arranging DBS checks, verifying ID&V documents, and issuing contracts for new staff since August 2021. Previously, Joxena worked as a Data Processor at Quorum Technologies Limited for a brief period in June and July 2021, where the role focused on collating end-user data from various old storage methods. Prior experience includes a long tenure at Legal & General from September 2006 to September 2020, where Joxena held roles as a Technical Support Consultant and Expert Customer Service Agent, contributing to various operations teams and providing coaching and support for escalated calls in the Life and Pensions contact center.
