Rochelle Graham

Rochelle Graham has extensive work experience in HR roles. Rochelle is currently the Head of HR at Inspiring Learning since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Colas Ltd from July 2014 to July 2021 in various HR positions, including HR Systems & Reward Manager and HR Shared Services Manager. Rochelle also has experience at Novartis, where they held roles such as HR Business Partner, Senior HR Co-ordinator, HR Co-ordinator, HR Administrator, PA to Marketing Director, and Secretary/Administrator from 1996 to 2014.

Rochelle Graham's education history is as follows: Rochelle attended Collyers Sixth Form, where they pursued A-Levels in French and English. Rochelle also attended Cullen Scholefield and obtained a Certificate in Personnel Practice. Additionally, Rochelle completed their secondary education at Millais School in Horsham, where they achieved 11 GCSEs at grade B or above. Furthermore, they have achieved the certification of Associate CIPD from the CIPD institution.
