Paul Youens

Paul Youens is an experienced investment professional currently serving as an Investment Manager at Inspirit Capital since August 2020, where the focus is on acquiring and transforming UK-based small and medium-sized companies. Paul has also held the position of Investment Associate at CWind since October 2023 and serves as a Non-Executive Director for Inspiro Learning and Spaldings Limited, both since February 2023. Prior to these roles, Paul was with KPMG UK from October 2013 to August 2020 in various capacities within Private Equity and Deal Advisory. Paul's career began at TNS Global as an Assistant Project Controller from June 2008 to September 2013. Paul holds a Bachelor's Degree in Geography from the University of Exeter (2009-2012) and is a member of the ICAEW (2013-2016).
