Paula Ambrozic

Paula Ambrozic, CRP has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Paula has held various positions in different companies.

Starting with their most recent role, Paula is currently the Vice President of Customer Success at Inspirus (a Pluxee company) since September 2021. In this role, they are responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic planning and consultative selling.

Prior to their current position, Paula worked as the Sr. Director of Strategic Accounts at Inspirus from December 2017 to September 2021. Paula led a team of account managers and successfully grew business in the Southeast region of the United States.

Before joining Inspirus, Paula held multiple roles at Rymax Marketing Services. From 2007 to 2011, they served as the Director of Corporate Compliance, Strategic Relations & Events, managing partnerships with various manufacturers. Paula also served as the Director of Customer Relations and Customer Relations Manager, overseeing key accounts and implementing programs to increase volume and improve customer service.

Paula's earlier experience includes working at Manulife Financial as part of a Call Center team, handling inquiries and complaints. Paula also worked at the Better Business Bureau in the Dispute Resolution role, where they resolved problems between the public and local companies.

Throughout their career, Paula has demonstrated their ability to drive revenue growth, manage key accounts, and provide excellent customer service.

Paula Ambrozic, CRP obtained their BA degree in Sociology from the University of Waterloo in 1999. Additionally, they have earned the CRP certification from Recognition Professionals International - RPI.
